We are building a great company from the ground up. That gives us the opportunity to design better financial services that all our stakeholders can trust and make the world a better place. This ESG commitment will evolve as our company grows and we learn how to achieve the best results but our  commitment to three objectives will remain constant:

Zero carbon

Xen runs its services on Microsoft Azure. Azure is already carbon neutral and will shift to 100% renewable energy by 2025. Microsoft is aiming to be carbon negative by 2030 and by 2050 to remove from the environment all the carbon the Microsoft has emitted either directly or by electrical consumption since it was founded in 1975. For more information on the sustainability of the Azure services utilised by Xen visit:

We offset employee emissions.

We make sustainable choices for the products and services Xen uses as inputs.

At the end of each financial year we will assess our carbon footprint to ensure we are at least carbon neutral and if need be take remedial action to offset emissions and better still reduce or eliminate them in the first place.

Zero plastic

Xen does not issue plastic smartcards for payments. This eliminates the waste created by expired cards and the environmental impact of their manufacture.
