How do I open an account on XenPay?


Hey, thanks for considering XenPay and helping your local Aussie businesses in these difficult times. To open an account, simply download the app, sign up and verify your ID. Ta-da, your account will be ready to use under 20 minutes.




I have not received the welcome email from XenPay?


Dont worry, check your spam or promotional folder to see if there is a welcome email. If you still haven't received get in touch with us at support@xenpay.com.au or call us on 07 3309 2106 to get the matter resolved in minutes.




Welcome email says my KYC process failed, but I did everything right?


Ah, sorry to hear that. It can happen for certain reasons. We have a solution, get to the settings page and through our Xenial support feature, upload your ID document while selecting KYC. Your account will be ready in 20 minutes.




How to get money in the app?


You have done awesome until now. Click on the bottom left corner of the main page where it says "Energise" and follow the instructions.




I can not Energise my wallet, what is wrong?


There can be number of reasons, it should tell you what error you are getting. Maybe your account isn't activated. Please call us on 07 3309 2106 to get it resolved ASAP!!




Will I be charged to energise the wallet?


No, we are proudly zero fees. XenPay members are never charged to energise, scan a QR or send money through phone number. Afterall it's your money!




Can I buy a coffee with XenPay?


Of course you can. Just scan the QR code of the Merchant and voila you are good to go. Enjoy your coffee mate!!




It asks me to enter the Client Number or Customer ID, where do I find it?


We have gathered the detail for most major banks for you to speed your process: Commbank App:

  1. Open Options, click profile
  2. Click NetBank client Number
  3. Enter your pin, copy your Client number and save in Xen App

ANZ App:

  1. Your customer number is a number unique to you and is what you use to register for or log in to ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ goMoney as well as ANZ Phone Banking. This can be found on the back of most ANZ credit and debit cards. If you're registered with ANZ goMoney, you can also find this in ANZ goMoney > Settings.
  2. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
Westpac Bank:
  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Press Sign in to banking button at the bottom
  3. Press burger menu on the left top corner.
  4. Your client ID will be at the bottom of the settings page.
  5. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
NAB bank:
  1. Your NAB Id is found on the back of your NAB card.
  2. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App.

Suncorp bank:

  1. If you’re looking for your Internet Banking Customer ID (CID) – that is, the number you use to log in to Internet Banking - that’s different to your account number.
  2. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App

St. George Bank:

  1. Sign into mobile app.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top left hand corner.
  3. Your Customer Access Number will be displayed above your last login details.
  4. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App

Bendigo Bank:

  1. If you have access to e-banking on another device, select the More menu and then select Settings. Your Access ID can be found at the bottom of the Settings page.
  2. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App

Bank of Melbourne:

  1. Sign into mobile app.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top left hand corner.
  3. Your Customer Access Number will be displayed above your last login details.
  4. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
Bankwest Bank:
  1. Login to the app.
  2. From Menu, tap Settings.
  3. Find your PAN at the bottom of the page, underneath your name.
  4. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
Bank SA:
  1. Sign in to Internet Banking.
  2. Choose 'Security, SMS & email alerts' from the left hand navigation.
  3. Your Customer Access Number will be displayed above the change password boxes.
  4. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App

CUA or Great Sourthern Bank:

  1. Your Great Southern Bank Member Number can be found in ‘Settings/Personal details’ within Great Southern Bank Online or Mobile Banking. It is a 2-9 digit number.
  2. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
Me Bank:
  1. Log in to the mobile app.
  2. Tap. 'More' in the bottom menu.
  3. At the top of the screen under your name, you'll find your Customer ID listed.
  4. Copy your Client Id and save in Xen App
